4th of July

Two days after Owen came home with us it was time to celebrate the Fourth of July! Tyler took the kids over the church for an activity in the morning. Then came home and they swam. Later in the afternoon we enjoyed BBQ and in the evening we had fireworks. Topher lit the fireworks with Tyler and August took a little bit of time to get use to the noise. Owen was not bothered by it at all. I'm guessing that he is use to the noise with four older siblings.

We don't really know how August broke his leg/foot. But I am guessing it was something to do with jumping, climbing or his general wildness.

Owen seems well adjusted to the noise of his family. He sleeps through everything!

Owen also had his first bath that night. He enjoyed getting his head washed.
