November

November was busy.

November 1, scheduled truck for stuff, truck for cars, book flights.

November 2-11, pack and pack and clean and paint. We also managed to find some time to have tin foil dinner and s'mores with friends. (Didn't get pics of the food or friends, but it was a pretty fall day.)

November 7, I went to the doctor....found out I was pregnant. Yup, surprise! Came home, told Tyler and continued packing!

November 8, pre-signed all our closing documents

November 9, our truck was dropped off.

November 10, we had a lot of help from the ward in loading our truck. And our luck held out, there was no snow! Though, the next weekend they got a foot of snow. Blessings!

November 11, clean the house. Touch up painting. Last bit of loading. Say goodbye to house. Dropped cars off at friends house to be picked up by movers. Say goodbye to friends. Drive to hotel. Caroline had an ear infection that kept us up all night.

November 12, fly to Georgia. Take Caroline to the urgent care.

November 14, register kids in school.

November 15, kids start school.

November 16, truck arrive in Georgia.

November ..., somewhere in here morning sickness hit.

November 19, we had a lot of help from the ward unloading our truck and driving stuff to storage. Blessings!

November 23, drive to Raleigh for Thanksgiving. Pie night. I stayed in bed.

November 24, Thanksgiving. I stayed in bed.

November 35-26, Spent time with family in Raleigh.

November 27, Drove to Georgia

November 30, Closed on our home.

November was hard. We were blessed with many friends and family who helped us. We could not have done it without the help. From meals, babysitting, loading, painting, cleaning. This was a quick move and we could not have done it alone.
It was hard to leave our first home. It was hard to leave friends. It was not hard to leave the coming cold.
