Saturday was the first day of Spring Break. It was a beautiful day! We drove up to Dahlonega to go tour a gold mine, pan for gold and to enjoy a picnic lunch at a park.
Successful day with no tears, break downs or fighting! Everyone went home tired and we slept in until 6:30 the next day!
After panning we went down to the mine. Too bad Maddie kept soaking herself - she froze!
And because I am never in pictures I took this at the very end of the day!
