DMV and Pantry

At this point, on January 30th I can tell you I am still not done dealing with our VW van being totaled back in November. But, this was a big step in the right direction - getting tags for our new van - and it only took me going to the DMV 3 times and a total of 3 hours (standing in line, that doesn't include the time spent on the phone dealing with gathering documents from 3 states - Kansas, where we wrecked the car, Minnesota, who still held the title, and Missouri, where the car was registered)!
Anyways, walking out with tags made me happy!

 Owen figured out where the food was at - and he cant get it! 

Back to School

My weird child - she was so excited to go back to school after Christmas Break!

2019

I am not a big New Year's Eve fan...it's the new year on at 7:00 January 1st just like 12:00 January 1st. I just feel more rested at 7:00! 

But, Tyler likes it...so I make a little effort to celebrate!

This year we went to see Mary Poppins Returns. Had homemade pizza and smoked sausages and other finger foods. 

 This is how I feel by the end of the night!

Owen loved his cleaning supplies (broom, mop and vacuum)!

August loved his cars and cars and trains!

Caroline loved her art supplies and bow!

Madelyn loved her barbie and Harry Potter costume!

Topher loved his soccer jersey and the drums!
